We are proud to offer worldwide shipping services. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be informed at checkout once you've typed in your address.
We work exclusively with our manufacturing partners so your parcel arrives directly to your door. We handle all the paperwork as best as we can, to successfully clear international customs as well as declare the price to avoid any taxes that may be imposed upon you. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long until I receive my order?
Orders ship within 2-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.
US orders - Delivery in 5-15 business days once shipped (Please note that delays are to be expected due to busy period and COVID-19). Allow 8 to 18 business days for international shipping.
We do not do refunds on orders that are currently being processed or have already been shipped out.
Please allow extra shipping time and possible delays due to extra busy festive seasons and holidays. We recommend you DO NOT purchase any product if you need it by a certain date (especially Christmas or a birthday).
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after purchase. The Mini Phone is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.
